Selection of semi-finished Gluten Free products

Recent research and development results together with the skill of our chefs have allowed the development of a highly innovative selection of products intended for celiac.

This includes the following products:

- grated for stuffing and breading
- breading
- batter
- flour mixes


These products, which passed remarkably well many qualitative tests, are offered in appropriate food packages for both 'B2B' and 'B2C' meetings.

As for the bread based products, according to customer’s requirements, it is possible to customize with flavouring, colour and particle size.

Our research and development centre has worked on ingredients to obtain a product as close as possible to nature by eliminating all the additives, which allowed us also to guarantee a ‘clean label’.
